Take a perfect little Parisian love-nest, the former Salon of a dressmaker; add a doctor with a ‘problem’, his long-suffering, suspicious wife, his overbearing, domineering mother-in-law, his seductive, alluring mistress, her formidable, fearsome husband, his flirtatious, seductive mistress, a foolish, foppish friend and an assortment of dis-satisfied, disgruntled ladies. Stir carefully with a sprinkling of mendacity, misunderstandings and mistaken identities and you have the perfect set of ingredients for Georges Feydeau’s classic farce ‘French Dressing’ newly translated and directed by John Crabtree.
Doors open 7.15 pm, show starts 7.45pm. Performance end time 10.25pm
