Early in the 1950s a group of children are being brought up in St Joseph’s Convent and cared by the Nuns.
Funds are low so the County Council have proposed an open day for prospective parent who would like to adopt a child.
As the story unfolds you learn more about the children and how they came to be there.
But as in most stories there is a twist of fate.
A lovely little story about the fate of these children after the Second World War.
