How to buy tickets

Tickets for each production go on sale to the public three weeks prior to opening. PLEASE NOTE THAT "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf' starts at 7.30 pm, not 7.45 pm as advertised on posters and flyers.

School groups should contact for details of group discounts.

You may reserve tickets, for a maximum of 5 days, which you can then pay for by cheque should you so desire.

If you want tickets for wheelchair users please call the box office number.  

Standard tickets cost £12, concessions (over 60s) and students (in full time education) cost £11 with a 10% discount for groups of 10 or more. Tickets go on sale to members and patrons the Monday after the preceding production closes and to the public 3 weeks before opening night.


  The Swan Theatre provides:

  • Wheelchair access and wheelchair positions in the auditorium (if arranged in advance).
  • Toilet for wheelchair users.
  • Wheelchair access to bar.
  • Hearing aid induction loop system.
