It is 2014, and a UK defence company is finalising a tender
to win a contract from a threatened African
Republic. If the contract can't be secured then the company may
well go bankrupt! The management team has decided that it has
to win the business. But the deal can only be finalised by the
making of an illegal payment to the key decision-maker. How does
the company ensure that it wins the business it needs to survive?
Can it hide a breach of the international business code of ethics?
And when an insider "blows the whistle" to the Serious Fraud
Office, what other secrets will be revealed?
